Motion simulation analysis of wear debris in an integrated detection unit for lubricating oil

چکیده

Accurate wear debris detection is vital for diagnosing engine wear. However, due to uncertainties in behavior, size, and operating conditions, identifying different materials with a single sensor challenging. To improve sensitivity accuracy, we propose an integrated unit lubricating oil, emphasizing multifunction integration active intervention. This includes static mixer, flared transition zone, sensor-equipped zone. Parametric analysis reveals that mixed the mixer tends aggregate toward center, forming three distinct distribution rings at unit's outlet. A 90° blade angle 1:1 aspect ratio enhance difference quantity between inner outer rings. reliability, installing capacitive sensors front electromagnetic rear of zone can accuracy detecting debris. concept offers multifunctional solution precise detection, addressing complex scenarios engines.
